About Me:
I spent 13 years serving in Muslim communities in Central Asia, including 5 years in frontline church planting and community development, followed by 8 years in leadership role. I returned to Australia in 2018 where I completed further qualifications in adult education and human resource management, while working part-time for faith-based organisations. I currently serve in a senior HR role in an international mission organisation.
I have been married to my husband, Peter, since 1999 and have two „yadult“ children.

Main coach-mentoring focus:
Life and leadership coaching. I am especially interested in helping people work on the “people” aspects of their leadership and ministries.
My dreams/goal/vision...
To borrow a quote from Aaron Niequist, I’m captivated by Jesus’ vision of: “Abundant life. Together. For the sake of the world.” I am passionate about seeing people, teams and organisations flourish as we join God in his amazing mission to reconcile all things to himself.
As a leader, I am inspired by Lao Tze’s teaching that “A leader is best when people barely know he exists, when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: we did it ourselves.“
Things I love to do:
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring real and imaginary worlds and cultures through conversation, books, films, friendship and travel. I also enjoys long walks in beautiful places and I dabble in creative writing.
One fun fact about me:
One day my husband and I want to walk the Campino de Santiago pilgrimage trails in Spain. 6 weeks to walk, talk and pray is my idea of bliss!
I believe Coach-Mentoring is important, because…
I believe it’s vital we learn to reflect on our experiences and practice so that we can learn and grow. Coach-mentoring is a way of super charging the action-reflection learning cycle by having someone alongside to help guide your reflection, discern the key learning points, craft meaningful plans for growth and keep you accountable as you put them into action.
