About Me:
I’m married to Anita, who is also from El Salvador. We met in 2014 and married in May 2016. Ministry experience: Most of my ministry journey has included leadership positions. At church, I led the youth ministry for two years and I’ve been serving as missions’ representative since 2012. I joined an international Christian organization in 2011 as volunteer using my skills in the medical field. From 2012 until 2016 I became the national representative of this organization in El Salvador. In 2017 I took a role for Latin America as coordinator of a Leadership Development program, which I continue to lead at the moment. In 2020 I was invited to join the Area Leadership Team as an Associate Area Leader, overseeing Leadership Development, Training and Personal Development.
Main coach-mentoring focus:
Youth leaders, leadership, discipleship, personal development, spiritual development, ministry development, cross-cultural ministries development.
My dreams/goal/vision...
My vision is to see people growing into the fullness of Christ.
Things I love to do:
Watching movies, reading books, graphic design, video editing.
One fun fact about me:
I believe Coach-Mentoring is important, because…
We are meant to help one another to grow. Just as a seed need soil, water and sunlight. We also need people to enlighten, refresh and nurture our life.
