Fred is from the UK and lives with his wife Regina and son Daniel near Stuttgart, Germany. He is passionate about leaders growing and finding freedom in Christ. After leading a church planting team in Tajikistan for ten years, he now serves on the WACSA area leadership team. He is a qualified coach and chairs the board of a multi-church outreach team in his city.
