In 2012, I left the Netherlands and have since been serving with a christian organisation in different countries and roles. I started off joining a Mission Discipleship Training in South Africa. After that I came to Ireland for the first time, where I worked for a year in Personnel (as I have an HR background). Wanting to develop and increase my theological understanding I moved to England for two years for part-time studies and worked part-time as a trainer in the discipleship training programme.. Since 2016 I have been back in Ireland and until autumn 2021 I’ve headed up the HR department there and was part of the leadership team. After that I joined the international Management Systems HR team as Deployment Manager. It is also my privilege to work alongside the International Organisational Development director as her personal assistant.
