I was appointed as the Field Leader of our company in the Philippines at the height of Super typhoon Relief Operation in 2013 until 2020.

Main coach-mentoring focus:
Leadership and community engagements for practitioners and leaders alike.
Millenials /young people/professionals desiring to make a difference in the world; to see to it that their well- grounded faith is relevant and being utilized not only in the church, but also and more so outside the walls of the church and Christian bubbles… better yet, among communities who are of different faith and persuasions.
– I want to engage in real time, authentic, hands-on discipleship outside and inside ones’ comfort zones.

My dreams/goal/vision...
I exist to reflect Christ and be His witness in all that I am, do and think because I want to see others in Christ (individuals/churches/institutions/organizations) reproducing and becoming catalysts of change in all spheres of life and society. That we may become the TRUE salt and light in the world as the Lord designed us to be and redeemed us for that purpose that we maybe His witnesses in reconciling the world back to HIM.
Things I love to do:
Watching soap operas, documentaries, vlogs, real-time short videos/news clips of what has been going on around the world and in my neighborhood.
– cooking and planting…
– spending time with friends in the outdoors, exploring new places to trek, swim, eat and hang around.
One fun fact about me:
I went to South Africa without a visa thinking that I will get it on arrival – I passed through the immigration in Abu Dhabi and London without a glitch until we arrived in Johannesburg. Since I had no visa they wanted to deport me, but they did not know where to send me back. So they decided to have me pay an admission fee and granted me 6-months stay in South Africa… more than what they normally gave to others. I did not have to apply visa or any renewal during my entire stay in South Africa like my other colleagues did.
I was preparing roasted chicken for the team to celebrate someone’s bday. My first time to use the oven in our line-up accommodation. I turned on the ignition switch but there was no fire. So I looked closer to the oven and lighted a match… guess what happened next… great fire came to being and catches my curly hair – thus, the whole room smelled burn hair before the chicken was even put in the oven -😊
I believe Coach-Mentoring is important, because…
...having a coach enables one to be in a safe place to discover and unleash potentials, which could have been hidden for many reasons. The coach together with the person may explore and reflect those factors that limit one’s ability to become fully aware of what a person is capable of doing and becoming! A coach is there to journey and to give space to the person to develop and become what they are designed to be and to be able to live out their passion that is not only healthy for them but also beneficial for others and for His Kingdom work. We are here as a friend and comrade to cheer and also to push them, if needed!
